Corporate parties can be divided into two categories, firstly, according to their ideological background, to the problem they solve, and, secondly, to type of organization.

Ideologically, the event may be directed:  on staff (predominant problem “team building”); on partners, customers, state, officials (political problems dominated: “fixation of success”, the strengthening of - partnerships, to build new “bridges” or simply “coaxing the right people”).

This is the most common type of organization of the holiday. People choose it because of their “traditional” habit. Festivals are hold in restaurants, banquet halls. If you choose this type of holiday, special attention should be given to the banquet program, diversifying it by inclusion of the corporate entertainment themes, such as: light-hearted quiz on the history of the company and the bluff-tours in specific occupations, not serious rewarding of “outstanding” employees by fun prizes and so on.
 

For holidays of this type can be included as exits “BBQ” by all collective of the firm, and deployed the “days of the company» (company day), which can hold an entire weekend and typically take place in suburban boarding houses. Typically, they are not held in the banquet conditions and include sports or sport competition. The role of food and alcohol in these events is not so grasping, as in the “banquet” constructions. Such festivals are held usually in late spring and summer.
 

Often this type of corporate events, especially in west-oriented businesses, is named «Family Day». A distinctive feature of such activities is to invite family members of the company. Like “Country” event, “family activities”, with rare exceptions, are held outdoors. Large (especially manufacturing) companies held such celebrations on its territory. Properly planned celebration of this type includes: brief tour of the production (office) – somebody tells and shows members of the household staff where and how their relatives work; recreational or competitive program.

And it should be mentioned that if we are not talking about the device of family starts (like “Mom, Dad and me are the sporting family”), it is necessary to divide the holiday into two streams: a children’s program and adult program. Intersection and the temporary fusion of these “flows” are not excluded and even is desirable, but it is important to understand that, in essence, it is different programs. Attempts to build a compromise, consolidated program for adults and for children, especially when the number of visitors is more hundred, are previously losing.
 

Such festivals are rare and must be ordered, usually, by companies either have a strong “corporate legend” (then the event constructed as a “visualization” of the legend), or by firms that express a desire to see something quite trivial (simply want to surprise, strike guests).
